 We do not use your wellness questionnaire responses or journaling content for advertising purposes.

  • Service providers: With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting, payment processing, email delivery, video conferencing, learning management platforms, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Coaches and facilitators: With the instructors or coaches assigned to your program, to the extent needed to deliver your sessions.
  • Community features: Information you post in forums, group chats, or live sessions is visible to other participants. Please use discretion when sharing personal details in community spaces.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the successor to honour this policy or notify you of changes.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Unplugged, our users, or others.

Portions of our Services may be designed for teens or offered through schools and families. Our practices for minors are as follows:

7. School and employer programs

If you participate in Unplugged through a school, employer, or other sponsoring organization, that organization may receive attendance records and aggregate program completion information. We do not share your individual wellness questionnaire responses, journal entries, or session content with your school or employer without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Services to function, such as maintaining your login session.
